Built by practitioners, not presenters
Camderson Academy is the education division of Camderson Advisory Services. It was founded by Ruben and Sarah Tejada, who have spent their careers leading people, building programs and running organizations. Every course brings that experience to your work, so what you learn is what holds up in a real organization.
Ruben Tejada

Ruben is a strategic advisor and organizational leader whose career spans healthcare, public service, human resources, workforce strategy, organizational development and enterprise leadership. He has advised executives on leadership development, workforce strategy, organizational structure, culture, talent and succession planning, governance and performance improvement.
His approach combines organizational insight, data and practical execution, helping leaders move from naming a challenge to putting a lasting solution in place. At the Academy he leads the leadership, workforce, strategy and AI curriculum.
Sarah Tejada

Founder & Principal Advisor ยท Early Learning & Organizational Development
Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience in education, curriculum development, program leadership, professional training and organizational operations. Having owned and operated her own program, she knows the staffing, quality and regulatory pressures leaders face firsthand.
She turns best practices into strategies teams can actually carry out, not just admire. Sarah holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island and shapes how every Academy course teaches, trains and builds lasting skill.
