Getting started
Welcome. Log in at academy.camderson.com/login and open your Dashboard, then select your course. Every course begins with a Start Here module: Welcome to the Course, How This Course Works, and Your Downloads and Practice Files. Read those first, download your workbook, then begin Lesson 1.1.
Your purchase email also has a link straight to your course and the same first steps.
Courses are self-paced and online. Each course is organized into modules. A lesson pairs a written lesson with a short narrated video, and most lessons include a hands-on Try it exercise you complete in your workbook.
Each module ends with a short knowledge check, and each course ends with a final assessment and an applied capstone. The How This Course Works lesson in your course gives its exact structure and how long to allow.
Yes. You can open the first lesson of our live courses free. Browse them on the Free lessons page, choose a course, and follow the steps to claim your free access. Your free lessons then appear in your Dashboard.
Start with Browse courses to see every course, school by school. Not sure? The two minute course quiz points you toward a good fit, and a free first lesson lets you see the teaching style before you enroll.
Your account and login
Go to academy.camderson.com/login, enter the email address you used when you enrolled and your password, then select Submit. If you created your account with Google, choose Continue with Google instead.
Tick Remember Me on your own device so you stay signed in.
- Go to the login page and select Forgot Password.
- On the Recover Password page, enter the email address you enrolled with and select Send Recovery Info.
- Open the email we send you and follow the link to choose a new password.
No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you used the same address you enrolled with. If it still has not arrived, email connect@camderson.com.
After you log in you land on your Dashboard. It shows your overall progress, a Continue learning list that takes you back to where you left off, and every course you own under My courses. Select a course to open it.
From any page, use Dashboard in the top menu to get back.
First, check that you are logged in with the same email address you used at checkout. If you have more than one email address, try logging in with the other one.
If the course is still missing, email connect@camderson.com with the email address you used to enroll and the course name, and we will sort it out.
When you are logged in, open the account menu (the round icon at the top right) and choose My account. If you need to change the email address you log in with, email connect@camderson.com and we will help.
Courses and progress
Yes. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can stop at any time and pick up where you left off, on any device. Each course page shows how many lessons you have completed, and your Dashboard shows your progress across all of your courses.
At the end of each lesson, select Mark As Complete. The lesson then shows as completed on your course page and counts toward your progress, and you can move straight on to the next lesson.
Completing every lesson is one of the requirements for your certificate, so mark each one as you finish it.
Each module ends with a short knowledge check. These are practice: retake them as often as you like, and you see feedback on every answer.
The final assessment is a set of multiple-choice questions on the whole course. You need 80 percent or higher to pass. Retakes are allowed: if you do not pass, review the topics you missed and try again whenever you are ready.
You see your score after each attempt. Correct answers are not shown on the results page, so each attempt is a fair check of what you know. The About the Final Assessment lesson in your course gives the number of questions and the topics covered.
The capstone is an applied project that brings your course work together, often using your own workplace or a fictional case from the course. In some courses it is called a portfolio. You submit it in the course, and a Camderson reviewer reads every capstone within 5 business days of submission.
To pass, you need at least 12 of 16 points on the rubric, with no criterion below 2. The Capstone Assignment lesson explains what to produce.
Open the Your Downloads and Practice Files lesson in the Start Here module. Each file opens in a new tab, and lessons that use a file link to it as well.
- The Workbook is a fillable PDF. Save a copy to your device before you start typing.
- Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or LibreOffice Calc. If Excel opens a file in Protected View, select Enable Editing so the formulas work.
- Downloading and filling in files is easiest on a computer.
Your access does not expire. We review the course regularly, and any updates are added for you at no extra cost.
The Camderson Academy Community is a private space for students to connect, share wins and ask questions. Enrolling in a course gives you access. When you are logged in, select Community in the top menu, then say hello in Welcome & Introductions.
There are spaces for Wins, Questions, AI & Automation, Leadership & Management and Resources. The community guidelines, in short:
- Keep it confidential. Never share client, employer or personal data.
- Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people.
- No selling. No promotion, sales pitches or affiliate links.
- Peer discussion, not professional advice. For your specific situation, talk with a qualified professional.
Certificates
You receive a Camderson Academy Certificate of Completion for a course when you have:
- Completed all the lessons
- Passed the final assessment with 80 percent or higher
- Passed the capstone with 12 of 16 points or higher, with no criterion below 2
The Your Certificate of Completion lesson at the end of each course lists the steps for that course.
Your capstone is reviewed within 5 business days of submission. When it passes and your course is complete, your certificate is emailed to you automatically. From that email you can view it, download a PDF and copy a link to share. Each certificate carries a unique serial number.
Has your capstone passed but no certificate arrived? Open the Your Certificate of Completion lesson at the end of the course and select Mark As Complete, since the certificate is issued when the course reaches 100 percent. Still nothing? Email connect@camderson.com.
No. It is a Camderson Academy Certificate of Completion. It is not an academic credential, it is not accredited, and it does not carry continuing education (CEU), CPE, recertification or other professional credit. Please describe it as a Certificate of Completion when you list it.
Yes. On your LinkedIn profile, add it under Licenses & certifications. Use the certificate serial number as the credential ID and the share link from your certificate email as the credential URL.
Payments and refunds
Yes. You are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not right for you, email connect@camderson.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Your course access ends when the refund is issued.
Yes. Each course offers a payment plan of 3 monthly payments, alongside the single payment. The monthly amount is shown on each course page and at checkout. Full access starts with your first payment.
Our founding offer gives you 30% off any single course, or its payment plan, with code FOUNDING30. Enter the code at checkout. It works through December 1, 2026, and it does not apply to bundles.
Your purchase confirmation is sent by email to the address you used at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder, then email connect@camderson.com and we will help.
Check the card details and billing information you entered, then try again. If it still does not work, try another payment method or contact your card provider. You can also email connect@camderson.com and tell us which course you were enrolling in. Please never send card numbers by email.

Technical help
Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on a computer, tablet or phone. Lessons play on any of these, so you can learn on your own schedule. For workbooks and spreadsheets, a computer works best.
- Refresh the page, or close the tab and open the lesson again.
- Check your internet connection. On a slow connection, the player settings menu lets you choose a lower quality.
- Update your browser, or try a different one.
- Turn off browser extensions such as ad or script blockers for this site, and try without a VPN.
- On a work network, ask your IT team whether video streaming is blocked.
While you sort it out, the written lesson covers everything in the video. Still stuck? Email connect@camderson.com with the course, the lesson and the device and browser you are using.
Many lesson videos are narrated with captions, and every lesson also has a full written version, so you can read instead of watching or do both. The How This Course Works lesson in each course describes its videos. If you need something you cannot find, email connect@camderson.com.
Use the settings menu in the video player to change playback speed and quality.
We design courses to be usable by as many people as possible. Every lesson has a written version alongside its video, and the Workbook is a fillable PDF you can complete on screen.
If anything in a course is hard to use with your setup or assistive technology, email connect@camderson.com and tell us what you need. We want to hear about it.
We use your information to provide and support your courses. All personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
