This course earns a Camderson Academy Certificate of Completion. This certificate confirms completion of a Camderson Academy course. This course is general education about how leaders who manage other managers can set direction, delegate, coach, hold people accountable with care and lead change. It is not legal, HR, employment law, psychological or financial advice, it does not promise a promotion or any result, and it does not replace your HR team, your own leaders, a qualified professional or the official guidance named in each lesson. Workplaces, industries and laws differ, and employment rules change, so adapt every idea to your own organization and confirm current details with your HR contact and the sources named in each lesson. Several sources describe one company's own research or practice, a federal agency's guidance for its own workforce or an older report written for a different purpose, and they are summarized only as far as the pages read support. Research suggests patterns and does not promise results in any one team. Examples and numbers are fictional or illustrative.
