Great distributed teams are built on a few simple habits.

01

Work flows smoothly

Clear expectations, channels and handoffs mean less guessing, fewer lost messages and more time for good work.

02

Everyone has a voice

Meetings and schedules designed for equal access let people in the room and on the call contribute and grow.

03

People stay connected

Trust, recognition and healthy boundaries help people feel they belong, wherever they work.
