How does billing work?
Team orders are invoiced. Tell us about your team with the form on this page and we will send you a quote. When you accept it, we send an invoice to your organization. There is no self-serve team checkout yet, so you never need to enter card details on the site.
Is there a minimum team size?
Yes. Team pricing starts at 5 learners. For fewer than 5 people, each person can enroll directly from the course page at the regular price.
Can we mix different courses?
Yes. Different learners can take different courses, and you can combine courses from any of our nine open schools in one order. Your plan discount applies to the list price of each course.
Can we add learners later?
Yes. Send us the names and work email addresses of the people you want to add, and we will send a quote and invoice for the additions.
How does enrollment work?
Once your order is confirmed, you send us a list of learner names and work email addresses. We enroll each person, and they receive an email with their login details so they can start right away. Ask us for a progress update whenever you need one.
What do learners receive when they finish?
Each learner who passes a course's final assessment and capstone receives a Camderson Academy Certificate of Completion. It is not an academic credential, it is not accredited, and it does not carry continuing education (CEU), CPE or other professional credit.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Each learner is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course is not right for you, email connect@camderson.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. Your course access ends when the refund is issued.
How do you handle our team's information?
We use learner names, email addresses and course progress only to provide and support their courses and to send the progress updates you ask for. All personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can we try a course before we buy?
Yes. The first lesson of every course is free. Browse the free lessons and share them with your team.
